We make this as simple as possible.  You sell the house on the date you want without the need to do updates/repairs.  You only need to take the possessions you want from the home and leave anything you'd like for us to handle.    

You definitely do NOT need to do this.  A lot of sellers find it a hassle to locate service people and coordinate them,  Not to mention, sometimes they find a little more to repair than you expected!

You absolutely can make repairs or do updates if you wish, but don't feel obligated to do this.  

This process can run as quickly or slowly as you would like.  We've closed as quickly as 3 days and waited as long as 18 months.  You choose and we will follow your time line.
